Broceutical stands behind every product with batch-specific third-party testing. If you're not satisfied, we offer a straightforward process.
- Unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Product must include original Certificate of Analysis
- Items must not have been stored outside recommended conditions
Step 1: Email our support team at support@broceutical.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We'll review your request and provide a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
Step 3: Ship the unopened product back using the provided label with tracking.
Step 4: Upon receipt and verification, we process a full refund to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.

- Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days of receiving the return
- Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable (unless product was damaged or incorrect)
- Refunds appear on your statement within 1β2 billing cycles depending on your bank
If a product fails independent testing or does not meet the specifications stated on its Certificate of Analysis, we will replace or refund it immediately β no questions asked.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos. We'll ship a full replacement at no cost.
