You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
You accept full responsibility for proper handling, storage, and use of products

2. Age Verification

By creating an account and purchasing from Broceutical, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. Broceutical reserves the right to verify age and institutional affiliation.

3. Product Information

Broceutical provides product descriptions, testing data, and scientific information for research purposes only. We do not make medical claims or recommendations for human use. All information is provided "as-is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose other than laboratory research.

4. Third-Party Testing

Broceutical uses independent ISO 17025-accredited laboratories for testing. While we stand behind our testing standards, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy of all results. Testing is performed to industry standards but is provided "as-is" without additional warranties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Broceutical, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use
Loss of data, business interruption, or economic loss
Misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of products
Unauthorized use of products in violation of applicable law
Third-party claims or damages arising from product use

Your sole remedy for product dissatisfaction is the return/refund process outlined in our Shipping Policy.

6. Institutional Affiliation Warranty

You warrant that you are purchasing products on behalf of or for use by a legitimate research institution with institutional oversight. Broceutical reserves the right to:

Verify institutional affiliation before order processing
Decline orders with insufficient institutional evidence
Cancel orders if affiliation cannot be verified post-purchase
Report suspected misuse to appropriate authorities

7. Regulatory Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable regulations governing research compounds in your jurisdiction. You understand that:

Peptides are not FDA-approved for human use
Importation, possession, or use may be restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions
You bear all responsibility for legal compliance
Broceutical is not liable for regulatory violations by customers

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

BROCEUTICAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR RESEARCH REQUIREMENTS OR BE ERROR-FREE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Broceutical, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your violation of these terms
Your misuse of products
Your violation of applicable law
Third-party claims related to your use of products

12. Order Acceptance

Broceutical reserves the right to decline any order in its sole discretion, including orders that:

Lack verifiable institutional affiliation
Show signs of intended personal consumption
Violate applicable law or regulations
Raise compliance or safety concerns

13. Changes to Terms

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
