What is CJC-1295 (no DAC)?

CJC-1295 (no DAC), also called Modified GRF 1-29, is a 29-amino-acid synthetic analog of the first 29 residues of human GHRH with four stability substitutions (D-Ala²,Gln⁸,Ala¹⁵,Leu²⁷).

Research mechanism

Published research has examined the following mechanisms:

• GHRH receptor agonism — activates GHRH-R on pituitary somatotrophs.
• Preserved pulsatility — shorter half-life vs. CJC-1295 with DAC produces more physiological release patterns.
• Complementary to GHRPs — often combined with Ipamorelin in research protocols.
