Research use /only/

Every product sold by Broceutical is designated Research Use Only (RUO). This policy exists to protect the integrity of our supply chain and to ensure our products are used only for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research.

What RUO means

Products are for in-vitro research — cell cultures, receptor binding assays, analytical reference, and related laboratory endpoints. They are not for administration to humans or animals, not for diagnostic use, not for therapeutic use, and not for use as dietary supplements or cosmetic ingredients.

Who can purchase

Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and must be qualified researchers, lab professionals, academic or institutional purchasers, or research organizations.

Prohibited uses

• Administration to humans or animals
• Repackaging or reselling as an approved drug, supplement, or cosmetic
• Any use that violates federal, state, or local laws
