What is Semaglutide?
Semaglutide is a synthetic peptide analog of GLP-1 with three key modifications: α-aminoisobutyric acid at position 8 (DPP-4 resistance), a C18 fatty acid conjugation for albumin binding, and a lysine substitution at position 34.
