All products sold by Broceutical Labs, Inc. are research chemicals intended for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes only. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or veterinary use, diagnostic application, or therapeutic administration.
1. FDA Regulatory Status
The products sold on broceutical.com have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any of the following uses:
- Diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease
- Administration to humans by any route (oral, injectable, topical, or otherwise)
- Administration to animals, including companion animals or livestock
- Use as a dietary supplement, food additive, or cosmetic ingredient
- Clinical, therapeutic, or veterinary applications of any kind
The compounds offered are research-grade chemicals intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research, scientific investigation, and reference standard use in qualified research facilities.
2. No Therapeutic or Health Claims
Broceutical makes no representations, warranties, or claims—express or implied—regarding the therapeutic effect, biological activity in humans, or safety of any product for human or animal consumption.
Any information provided on this Site, in product descriptions, in published research summaries, or in technical documentation is offered solely for educational and reference purposes within a research context. Such information shall not be construed as medical advice, therapeutic recommendation, dosing guidance, or endorsement of any particular use.
References to peer-reviewed literature, mechanism-of-action research, or biochemical pathways describe what has been studied in the scientific community—not what our products are intended or approved to do.
3. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
Under the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), it is unlawful to:
- Introduce into interstate commerce any unapproved new drug
- Sell, distribute, or administer unapproved drugs for human or veterinary use
- Market a research chemical as a treatment, cure, or preventive measure for any condition
By purchasing from Broceutical, you affirm that you will not use, repackage, redistribute, or represent these products in any manner that would violate the FD&C Act or other applicable federal, state, or local laws.
4. Buyer Responsibility
By placing an order with Broceutical, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age
- You are a qualified researcher, lab professional, academic, or institutional purchaser
- You will use these products only for legitimate in-vitro research under appropriate laboratory safety protocols
- You will not administer these products to yourself, any other person, or any animal
- You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing research materials, including FDA, DEA (where applicable), USDA, and state controlled-substance authorities
- You assume full responsibility for proper handling, storage, disposal, and end-use of all materials received
- You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer products to any non-qualified third party
Broceutical reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order that, in our sole discretion, appears inconsistent with these buyer responsibilities or with legitimate research use.
5. International Purchasers
If you are purchasing from outside the United States, you are responsible for ensuring that your import, possession, and use of these products complies with the laws and regulations of your country of residence and any jurisdiction through which the products will transit.
Broceutical is not responsible for products held, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities, and no refund will be issued for orders blocked by import restrictions.
6. Product Labeling
Every product shipped by Broceutical carries clear "Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption" labeling on:
- The vial itself
- The outer shipping container
- The accompanying Certificate of Analysis (COA)
- The order invoice and shipping documentation
This labeling is a legal requirement and must not be altered, obscured, or removed.
7. Reporting Misuse
If you become aware of any individual or entity misrepresenting Broceutical products as approved drugs, supplements, or therapeutic agents, please report it to our compliance team:
