1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Broceutical, you agree to these Terms and our FDA Disclosure.

2. Research Use Only

All products are Research Use Only (RUO). By purchasing, you represent that you are a qualified researcher and will not use these products for human or animal administration.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer. Broceutical reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including RUO compliance concerns.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Invoices are issued via QuickBooks Online. Products ship only after successful payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Broceutical makes no warranty regarding therapeutic effect, safety for consumption, or fitness for any particular use. Broceutical's total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
