1. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll issue a replacement or full refund.
2. Unopened Products
Unopened, factory-sealed products may be returned within 10 days for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
3. Opened Products
Due to research-grade material integrity concerns, opened products cannot be returned.
4. Quality Disputes
Submit quality disputes with independent third-party analytical data (HPLC, LC-MS) to support@broceutical.com within 30 days.
