Refund & return policy.

1. Overview
Because all products sold by Broceutical Labs, Inc. ("Broceutical," "we," "us," or "our") are research-grade chemicals supplied For Research Use Only (RUO), our refund and return policy is structured around protecting product integrity and ensuring researcher safety. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
By purchasing from broceutical.com, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. Damaged or Defective Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, leaking, or with broken seals, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with the following:
- Order number
- Photographic evidence of the damage (packaging and vial)
- Photo of the temperature indicator if included with the shipment
Send all damage claims to support@broceutical.com. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement at no cost or a full refund to the original payment method at our discretion.
Claims submitted after the 48-hour window cannot be honored as we cannot verify damage occurred during transit.
3. Unopened Products
Unopened products in their original, factory-sealed condition may be returned within ten (10) calendar days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following:
- A restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) will be deducted from the refund
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and must be cold-chain compliant for temperature-sensitive products
- Products must arrive at our facility within the original return window in re-sellable condition
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be requested via email before shipping any return
Refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
4. Opened Products
Due to the nature of our research-grade lyophilized peptides and reconstituted research compounds, opened products cannot be returned or refunded. Once a vial seal is broken, we cannot guarantee:
- Sterility of the contents
- Cold-chain integrity since opening
- Absence of cross-contamination
- Accurate compound concentration after handling
This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our entire supply chain and the safety of all researchers using our materials.
5. Quality Disputes
If you believe a product does not meet its stated specifications (purity, mass, or identity), you may submit a quality dispute by providing:
- Independent third-party analytical data (HPLC, LC-MS, or equivalent)
- The full lot number from the vial label
- Your original Certificate of Analysis (COA) reference
We will review all quality disputes in good faith against our retained reference samples and original batch records. Where a discrepancy is confirmed, we will issue a replacement vial, a full refund, or a store credit at your option.
Quality disputes must be submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without charge if requested before fulfillment has begun. Once an order has been packed for cold-chain shipping or handed to a carrier, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy above will apply.
If Broceutical cancels an order after payment has been received (for example, due to inventory error, RUO compliance review, or suspected fraud), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Opened or partially used vials
- Custom-synthesized compounds prepared at customer request
- Bulk orders that have been packed and shipped
- Shipping fees (except in cases of our shipping error)
- Products held at customs or refused at delivery due to local import restrictions
8. How to Request a Refund or Return
All refund and return requests must be initiated by email:

Subject line: "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
Include in your message:
- Order number and date of purchase
- Product name and lot number
- Reason for return
- Photos or documentation if applicable (damage, quality dispute)
Our team will respond within one (1) business day with next steps and, if applicable, an RMA number.
